The Sydney based team Stewart Hollenstein, in association with Colin Stewart Architects, have won the international design competition for a new library and plaza for the Green Square Town Centre. The project is the centre-piece of the City of Sydney’s $8 billion transformation of the Southern precinct.

Bridge Point is a luxury apartment development located at the Kingston Foreshore on a newly created island within Lake Burley Griffin. The design takes full advantage of the prestigious island site surrounded by the water frontage of the lake and open space.

The six storey apartment block is made up of 3 attached apartment buildings with their own lifts giving access to exclusive north facing apartments and penthouses at the upper two levels. This is an urban development with zero lot lines and an overall urban form matching the shape of the land parcel.

Each of the 45 residences in the development are designed to be individual and unique, and all have light filled interior spaces that open up onto either northern frontage, lake views or both.

The layout and planning of the interiors reflects the prestige of the development offering generous spaces with refined architectural detailing. The development includes seven residences, three 2 level apartments and forty single level apartments with a variety of layouts. Light spills into each of the apartments and residences through either double height voids or floor to ceiling windows which open out on to the spacious terraces.
